The college provides the following academic, personal, psycho-social support and guidance services to students:
Career Guidance and Placement Cell:

The college has a career guidance and placement cell through which workshops enlightening the students in respect of job opportunities in various fields, in-house training and campus interviews are organized in collaboration with reputed companies like Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd., Lupin Pharma, Tata Consulting Services (TCS) etc.

Besides, various departments organize guest lectures and workshops for career counseling and guidance of the students. 
NET, SET Coaching: The College has a NET/SET coaching Cell, which organizes lectures of experts in order to guide the students for preparation for NET and SET examinations.
Students’ Mentoring Scheme (SMS):From the year 2015-16 college has introduced students’ mentoring scheme. Under the scheme each member of faculty is allotted a batch of students from the first year UG. The teacher works as a mentor and takes parental care of the students till the student completes the graduation. The mentor develops personal relation with each student and provides academic as well as personal counseling as per the need of student till the graduation is completed.  Occasionally college also arranges lectures of psychiatrists and experts for counseling purposes.
Academic advice: The students receive academic advice at the time of inaugural functions of the various committees, where the dignitaries extend academic advice to the students. Alumni on higher post are invited to deliver lectures on career guidance and personality development.

The college has a separate Career guidance and Placement cell which works under a Placement Officer. The Cell, in co-ordination with Competitive Examinations Cell, arranges lectures of experts in the field, conducts workshops on career guidance and gives training in interview techniques.
